I am accepting applications for six (6) spots to participate in an online 12-week program for management of the three phases of menopause. My program is designed specifically to help busy women manage their menopause symptoms. We will access science based evidence on managing the three stages of menopause by applying principles and practices from a 2024 New York Times Bestseller about menopause written by a female MD, and nutritional and strength training modalities. All services and activities are delivered in the FREE LivFit phone app for convenience. You will not have to print out plans, lists, or workouts. Your programming is at your fingertips on your phone. Your workouts can be viewed at the gym. Your macros will be readily viewable on your phone.

The objectives of this program are to:
I have designed a 12-week online program for (6) women who are ages 45-60 years around the sun to manage the three stages of menopause: perimenopause, menopause & post-menopause. Every woman has her unique experiences with these three phases. For some women the biological changes can be debilitating, causing disruption to their lives. For other women, these biological changes are slight and a mere inconvenience. However, there are physical symptoms we all share to some degree.
Menopause and aging changes our outlook on life. These midlife stages occur at a time of social and personal changes such as careers, divorce, marriage, empty nest, and caring for parents, etc.
The group of (6) participants and myself will have a chat channel within the LivFit app in order to share ideas, experiences, and ask questions of others. This is a great place to share menopausal symptoms, experiences and strategies. I will introduce a topic based on the book we will read at six (6) 30-45 minute video conferences for group discussion
I will also meet with each of you individually for check-ins each week to address concerns and keep you progressing towards your predefined goals. This program is a safe electronic space where we will all respect each other and hold confidence. What arises at LivFit Menopause Program, stays in the program. My hope is that you will find this group support beneficial and encouraging.
I will calculate your individualized macros for 12 weeks: calories, protein, fats, and carbs to support flexible dieting based on your weight management goals.
I will create a 12 week individualized strength and cardio program with progressive intensity and challenge while creating modifications for those with injuries or concerns.
I will provide information about the importance of the sleep stages and strategies for establishing good sleep hygiene.
I will provide information about stress, good and bad stress. You will learn about our dynamic cortisol hormone. You will learn about strategies you can implement to relax guilt free.
We will all read and discuss a 2024 New York Times Bestseller about menopause written by a female MD, to learn about menopause so that we are armed with the scientific information we need to practice mindfulness relating to the three stages of menopause.
