I am an ACE© certified personal trainer with a degree in exercise science and over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I am a certified Kundalini yoga instructor. I hold a BA from U.C. Berkeley and a Juris Prudence Doctorate from JFK Law School. I even hold a Chocolatier certificate from ecoloechocolat-yummy! I am a life long learner. I have been studying nutritional science for more than 20 years and will soon earn a nutrition coach certification to formalize my many years of learning and application.

Livkamal Kaur, a Kundalini name given to me that has a special meaning. I prefer my family and friends to call me "Liv" because it reminds me when I hear my name, to do just that, Live my life. I also use it to remind others to do the same. Life is precious and swift.
In Sunny Scottsdale, Arizona after a 4 year stint in Santa Fe, New Mexico after my husband and I retired in 2018 from long legal careers in California and Washington. We left Santa Fe because of the long winters and to be near our youngest sun attending Arizona State University.
I love routine. I need it to feel grounded. My day begins about 5am when I take our standard poodle, Chica, for a 3 mile walk. I then bathe, dress in athletic attire, and put on my makeup before slugging back a protein shake. I'm typically in the gym by 5am lifting weights M-F. I perform legs and glutes MWF, and upper T & Th. Saturdays and Sundays are my active rest days. I train clients in-person M-F about 9am -1pm and service my online clients in the afternoons. On T & Th I try to play tennis, for sure on Saturdays. I read fiction and spend a lot of time working on content for you when I perform science based research and create programming that you can rely on. I'm typically in bed by 8:30 pm after a little dinner, t.v., and a short swim, walk, or bike.
