No Contracts & No Membership Fees

At LivFit I have no long term binding contracts and no membership fees for my clients. As the owner of this small Scottsdale, Arizona personal training business, I want my clients to have the flexibility to make the moves they need. I charge fair and competitive hourly and monthly package rates. The monthly package rates I have designed are economical to encourage you to approach your fitness journey by breaking it into smaller monthly goals. 

30 Day Expiration of Purchased Sessions - Use your sessions or lose them.

Sessions must be performed by trainer and client within 30 calendar days of purchase date. After 30 days from the date of purchase, credit for unused sessions will not be refunded and will be void. This policy is essentially designed to incentivize clients to adhere to their fitness goals within a timeline for which physical improvements can occur. 

Non Transferable and Non Assignable

All sessions purchased cannot be assigned or transferred to another party. 

Refunds

This is a tough one for me. As a business owner, I will not give refunds.

24 hour Advance Notice of Cancellation

I do require a 24 hour advance notice of cancellation for any scheduled appointments. If clients fail to provide this advance notice, they are still charged for the appointment. Of course, there are exceptions to this rule. I mostly seek from my clients that they respect my time as I will respect yours.

Contagious or Infectious Illness/Disease

To protect myself and other clients, I ask that if you have traveled within 14 days of your scheduled personal training appointment that you take the appropriate precautions before working with me. If you are symptomatic, please cancel and reschedule when you are feeling better. I will wear a mask upon request. Always feel free to wear a mask when working with me. Let’s stay fit and healthy!

Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal information and financial data is of the utmost importance to me. As the owner of LivFit I have put business procedures in place to protect your information. After my clients end their relationship with me. I personally destroy all personal and financial data. I maintain the strictest confidentiality. I comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). As an ACE® certified personal trainer, I am obliged to comply with ACE®Code of Ethics. The National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) is the accreditation body for ACE® that sets the certification standards for healthcare, fitness, wellness and other occupational professionals.                                          - Promised by Liv
